Alter Database fails in Toad-ss 5.5 (15-Jun-2011)_003 when you attempt to alter a database from the Object Explorer using a right mouse and then select Alter Database. [1 Attachment]

Any attempt to alter a database results in a application fault making the
Toad-ss application Object Explorer unusable in regards to performing a right
mouse Alter Database command…

Opinion: The Object Explorer is not work as it should, thus compromising the
Toad-SS 5.5 release.
