Cannot run the "Getting Started" videos

I have just come back to TOAD after years of using SQL*Developer and am trying to quickly reacquaint myself with the product. I am running 11.6.

After I click to run either the Getting Started or the Developer video, I am presented with an empty window with a red “x” in the upper left-hand corner.

I have also tried clicking with the CTRL key pressed in case popups were being rejected.

Any thoughts as to what settings I might have to change or what else I should do to successfully run these videos ?

How are you accessing the videos? From Web browser or from with in Toad?

You can also access them in the web browser: www.toadworld.com/…/567.aspx

There was a change in the video links. You can access all the Toad for Oracle Videos at: www.toadworld.com/…/default.aspx . Also, please let us know if you would like for any specific Toad feature/functionality be presented in video. Thanks!
