I downloaded Toad for SQL Server 6.7 from our corporate license and can’t see query builder. 10 other folks in the organization have downloaded the same thing and can see it just fine. Is there possibly another application on my computer that is conflicting and preventing it from showing or an option within my application that might be unchecked in order to see it.

Have you try to reset Toad profile and start with refresh application?
