Client Unable to establish a connection

Hi All,

I have downloaded Toad for Sybase 2.0 and i am trying to connect to sybase DB. But i am recieving "Client Unable to establish a connection.

I tried like below.

selected group: Sybase ASE

Server: User defined

Host: XXXXXXXXXXX.XXX(Host name)

Port: 5000 (Default)

User: XXXXXXXX

Password: XXXXXXX

Database:

ChasrSet: iso_1

checked on save password checkbox. cliked on connect button.

Please help me!! Thanks in advance.

Please make sure you have the correct IP address and the port number. I suspect you may have put an incorrect port #. For the port information check your sql.ini file.
