I've noticed you suggested "local internet" - I repeated with that, stod til "Prompt", changed to "Enable".
Still no difference.
Hmmm, I'm not sure which other options may be impacting it. That was one I could reproduce the behavior with. You could try resetting your settings there. I have mine set to Medium-low (default). You could set it to that and click Reset and see what happens.
Just reset both. No difference.
