Consolidate Version Manager and List of Projects windows

My subject is a little misleading. I have consolidated the two windows by shift-dragging the List of Projects window onto the Version Manager window. What I would like is for that setting to be remembered. Having two windows pop open when I open the Version Manager is a minor annoyance.
