After running a query, I go to Data Report Designer. I add two Grouping Levels and then go to the Summary options. I would like to select count, but this isn’t an option. I can change the Summary Function from the deign tab of the report to count, but was wondering if this count be an option in the Data Report Designer wizard?

I have created Quest internal enhancement request 48755 for this issue. In the meantime, besides the workaround you mentioned, another workaround is to wait until you get to the Design window, and then drag a column from the Field List area to the report (for example to the report footer band) and specify the summary function at that time - as seen in my attached picture.
