Create pivot grid without a grand totals column

I would like to create a pivot grid, but I do not want to include a grand totals colum. I can’t, however, get rid of this simply by dragging it out of the grid. Does anyone know if this can be done?

I could also use a tabular report to do what I want to do, but when I tried that it was difficult to group items and have the report resemble a pivot table (ie. like values in different rows are not repeated).

This is not an option in the pivot grid. We looked at this a long time ago and the pivot grid was very slow without the totals. i can enter an enhancement for this but I can’t say when it would get done. QAT-1825

Thanks. I went back over a bunch of my reports and in most of them I do have some value that could be put here, so it is not the end of the world. I guess I could also create a macro to remove it.

Feel amazing to read about these things, I also feel very complicated on the pivot grid and the grid column things also made me insane.
