Customise form: Add column to attributes grid in Entity Properties form

Hi, I would like to be able to add the Notes column to the attributes grid in the Entity Properties form. Is there any way to do this?

I found this link here: http://www.toadworld.com/products/toad-data-modeler/f/30/t/13604.aspx but the documentation URL provided in the link no longer works.
