DB2 for LUW Support

Please include DB2 for LUW V9 and V9.5 (new open beta) in the Beta/Regression tests of TDM V3.0.

Hello George,

DB2 database will be supported, however after TDM 3.0 release. (DB2 UDB v.8 and 9).
