DDL_LOCK_TIMEOUT syntax highlight on ALTER SESSION

Howdy!

In 17.0.150.1100 Editor, this statement is flagged for syntax:

ALTER SESSION SET DDL_LOCK_TIMEOUT=300;

I think the parser just needs to know that DDL_LOCK_TIMEOUT is a valid parameter in Oracle 19.
