Running into a similar issue as my colleague, and did not see a concrete answer posted. Is there any updates or work arounds that can be recommended?
When I open the HTML report as a stand alone, hyperlinks work. When I open the export file, the hyperlinks work. When it comes through on an email, they’re dead.

Hyperlinks will only work if the email type is HTML (not plain text). I never had any problems with the hyperlink working in an email. If there are spaces in the hyperlink the whole hyperlink should be inside of double quotes (“hyperlink with spaces in it”) and there needs to be a space or following the hyperlink.

We did look into this and it is a bug in the current code. We have to do an upgrade of a component to fix. We will be doing this next month. I suspect that the issue did not occur in a prior release of TDP. Do you happen to have TDP 3.7 or 6 to try?
I am using 3.7 already.
