If it’s showing and then not showing, it’s possible that Oracle is no longer
returning the values to us. For all debugging, we don’t store the values of
the variables, we request the values from Oracle (you can see this if you spool
sql to screen). What you see on the screen are the values Oracle returns to us
via the queries.
