Is it possible they are getting compiled w/o debug, or are you saying inside the
same debug session they become visible and then not?

Have you noticed this on multiple pl/sql objects, or just this specific package?

Also, curious what version of oracle you’re running, and if you’ve
tried both DBMS_DEBUG and JDWP_DEBUG.
