Hello Everyone, I am learning about devops technologies and tools and I am looking to free open source tools for software development projects. As my research Jenkins is the best tool but I don't know is it right or why Jenkins is important. Can anyone tell the reason? or suggest me best tool.

Not the right forum for your question, since ToadWorld is all about Toad solutions. However, I can tell you from speaking with many Quest Software customers that both Jenkins and Bamboo are widely used for delivering DevOps... and maybe TeamCity... but this is based on my personal observations. Just giving you my perspective, to give you a launch point for further research.
