Import SSMS Registered Server List to TOAD

How to convert the file("registeredserverlist.regsvr" ) exported from SSMS to Server list for TOAD to import.

Use the Import Wizard... see snap below on how to invoke... the Wizard can read the connectors straight from SSMS...

I don't see any connections after that. Any idea?
