Import Utility Wizard in toad

I exported the only the table records for the whole schema using the Export Utility Wizard and I have dump file exp.dmp. Now,I am trying to import it into another schema and I have trouble doing it.

Can you please suggest what is the appropriate way to import only table records(all tables)

You’ll need the file name, then tell it to import the entire file –
if that’s appropriate
