Length enforcements ....

I am proposing to further support database modeling by knowing how long certain objects can be named. For example, in Oracle, the following: “idx_firstName_lastName_middleName” is too long of an identifier for an index. Since there is no way (TIKO) to change the max length of an index name, the modeler should know what the length is, and prevent developers from going over that limit.
