Option in Formatter Option to control the CASE of the TABLE Names in the FROM clause of the SQL

Right Now the CASE option only exists for 

  • Keywords
  • Built-ins
  • Built-in packages
  • identifiers (Table fall under this option)
  • Tables/View  (Can we have this option so that we can control the case of the Table names)
