Package Editor enhancement

Hi,

I need to be able to "GRANT EXECUTE ON TO ".

It would be helpful to have a Permissions tab on the Package Editor so that such grants can be made in the same way as for Entities, Procedures, etc.

For the moment I’ll put it in an After Script.

When this feature will be implemented in TDM? I want to buy your product but without this feature it is valueless for me.

I now, it is possible to set grant in After Script, but I have database which have over 300 packages and I want to move this database into TDM using reverse engineering. Now, in this case packages permissions granted to roles will be lost…

the same suggestion I would have. The question is from 2008.
Do you have decided not to implement ?
I do the same : Put a Grant in the after Script …

Hello,

Yes, we plan to implement it. However, at the moment I can’t say in which version it will be available. At the moment we are dealing with tasks of higher priority.
