PL/SQL Profiling - but in Toad PROFILER ANALYSIS is empty why?

Hello we are doing in SQL PLUS some execute dbms_profiler.start_profiler execute dbms_profiler.stop_profiler

this works well - but in TOAD 12.7.1.11 xpert Edition we don’t see any data/diagramm

has somebody any clue/hints?
