Yes I do. However the reset toolbars option would not remove it for some reason.
I had a cheeky look in Toolbars.ini and removed the section [TfrmMain.bmMain.Bar3.ItemLink0]. I also set the ItemLinkCount of the parent [TfrmMain.bmMain.Bar3] to 0.
Starting TOAD again, the Ask button is gone and so is the AV

Kevin, do you still have the “ask question” button on your toolbar? I think that is the cause of the problem. Do a ‘reset toolbars’. That should make the ‘ask question’ button go away, and hopefully the AV will go away too.
