Save sql in toad

Hi all,
I am running one sql daily. Is it possible to keep any short-cut key in this
application so that no need to write the sql everyday.

As I am new to this, is there any option where the output of sql is directly
export to excel and save in desktop.

You could write a macro in Excel that would hook up to the database and execute
a procedure call via an ODBC connection. I am sure if you do some google
searching you could find a workable example.
