SB|Tables|Triggers|Open Triggers in Editor toolbar button generates an extra / after SHOW ERRORS; sqlplus command.
Every "Reload object from database" toolbar button add an extra SHOW ERRORS; / row to the end of trigger. You must edit at least one char in the code to enable Reload button.
SB|Packages|Source window uses just an initcap Show errors command, not all letters are uppercase.
