I need the ability to invoke a parameterized procedure with all Oracle connections used in SQL Optimizer to activate VPD context variables that are used in policies in over 98% of the queries in lots of applications. Stock privileged accounts trying to tune VPD protected queries are useless in these systems. A logon trigger will not work either since one is already used for the apps. Does SQL Optimizer support it?
