Make sure the Call Stack tab is the active tab. That's the info needed. Sending the contents of your support bundle would help as well. See the Help|Support Bundle menu item.

I spoke too soon. It crashed yesterday. The dialog makes it look like it was sent but I can't be sure. At least in-grid editing works.
