Yes, you are right, Toad for Data Analysts has been renamed to Toad Data Point. This change is just a name change for the product and does not reflect any deeper change to the product licensing or functionality.
Both an updated 32-bit and an updated 64-bit installers are available on the TDP Community website: http://tda.inside.quest.com/beta.jspa
Reminder: A 64-bit installer is for use ONLY on systems that already have a 64-bit IBM client. All other environments should use the 32-bit installer.
