Urgently need data model design document template information

Hi

I am new to data modelling. I have developed a small data model and created a report out of it through toad data modeler.

I need to create formal design documents for the data model now.

any one have any templates please let me know.

what all types of document i need to prepare as a data modeler.

please specify their names and templates if any you have.

Unfortunately, I’m not exactly sure what you need.
You created a model and generated a report.

You write: “I need to create formal design documents…”
Do you want to customize the report? Which report?
