Will the freeware version...?

Toad for SQL Server

Hi there. Will the Toad for SQL Server freeware version connect remotely to a DB hosted on a web host? I can make a valid connection string for ASP.Net, but I’d like to get away from the host’s DBA tool. I used to use Toad for Oracle years ago, and would love to be able to use Toad for SQL Server with this hosted project.

I haven’t been able to figure out how to refer to the remote SQL Server host.

sorry for the late response.

We assume you can connect to SQL Server instance located local/remote with using host name or IP address, instance name or port number.
Have you tried to connect your server?
