In latest version “Use lower case object names from select windows” applies to variables in pl/sql which I believe was not case before.
I do not think rule for objects like tables, views etc should directly apply to variables - this way I have no way to use this option with camelCase notation for pl/sql code.
Fixed for 12.8.
