13 beta 64 bit is getting exceptions always
when I am type like schema.table
during typing exceptions and I have to wait to start typing.
I get around this by going to schema browser.
What kind of exception? The exception dialog should have a link to click to get to the error report, most importantly the Call Stack tab. Please reproduce and post the call stack here, thanks. You can also send the entire error log which is named Toad.el in your User Files folder.

I am not 100% sure but I think you are getting an error that has already been fixed.
The beta auto-update is not working right now. Go here and get an update for your beta. Let us know if that doesn’t fix it.
This does sound a lot like the one I reported that is fixed in 13.0.04
