[15.0.94] Unit Test Manager Elapsed Time per test goes to 0ms after tests has finished

Although the time spent per test is displayed correctly while the tests are running, it jumps back to 0ms at the end of the tests for all tests.

Hm, I'm not sure why that is happening. For me, the times persist after a run.

i am also facing this issue.
Here would be also a possible improvement for the Unit Test Manager: 14.1.96.896: Unit Test - Result Dialog

It will be fixed for 15.1. It is caused by a different setting on DB for decimal separator than what is in your Toad settings.
