[16.3.41] Hiding the Unit Test Manager switches to a different connection

Deactivating the Unit Test Manager switches to the connection that was active in the Unit Test Manager.

I often have multiple database connections open. One of them is to the schema where I run unit tests.
If I then switch to another connection to do something else there and only then deactivate the Unit Test Manager, the DB connection selected in the Unit Test Manager is activated again, which is a bit inconvenient :wink:
