Yesterday, I encountered the error: Access violation at address 00000000041A0590 in module ‘Toad.exe’. Read of address FFFFFFFF92430058.

Is this reproducible? If so, can you add SCRIPTDEBUG=1 to your Toad.ini file, execute the script, close Toad and send the following files:
ToadScriptDebug.txt
qsetrace.log
Be sure and remove the SCRIPTDEBUG=1 line from your ini file as it will hurt performance but it gives us some very useful information for troubleshooting script execution.

I understand the request, but alas, this error occurred after many hours of hard work. I have no means of reproducing. To my mind, I was doing ‘nothing specific’ at the time the error occurred.
