Can you post the entire error log in particular the call stack? The error is also logged in Toad.el file within Toad’s application data directory. The default location is…

%APPDATA%\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.1\Toad.el

Please share that file.

Thanks a lot for your response, but I don’t see any file/folder under Quest Software. But I have resolved the error by uninstalling all previous toad for Oracle versions and reinstalling the new version.
