While opening a body of packade in Editor (from describe or with ctrl + click in editor)
Access violation at address 00000000041A5CBE in module ‘Toad.exe’. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFD.
I tried loading several packages and package bodies in the editor from describe and with ctrl+click, but was not able to replicate. I tried both 32 and 64-bit betas as well. Does it happen on only specific packages or any that your loading?
My apologies I did not mention it I use 64bit version.
It’s not related to specific package in general. I can open this package in new Toad instance without any problems. It’s just that after some time I cannot open some of them anymore.
It’s nothing new I believe it’s a nightmare since version 12.1. I guess it’s related to formatter. I must admit though that usually I try to open it in editor from describe window, if this is not working I try in Schema browser and it works)
