Add support for Postgres 15.x Benchmark Factory for database

Currently, the supported versions of PostgreSQL are 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, and 10, and EnterpriseDB Postgres 10.

The latest version is 16, yet the application only supports up to 10, which is quite a few years apart.
