After formatting code, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the file

Thanks, this is all part of the same issue. You can copy QP5.dll from your Toad 2025 R3 installation folder into the beta folder as a temporary solution. Do this with Toad closed. You will need to repeat this every time you update the beta until the issue has been resolved.
