Cursor moves text on line selection

Hi,
I upgraded Toad For Oracle to 13.3.0.181 and since the upgrade, when editing pl/sql code the entire line that the cursor has stopped on jumps to the left!!!
I've searched through the settings and I can not turn this new feature off.

Is there a way to turn it off? it's very annoying.

It also caused the cursor position to shift by 1 character at times, making me remove or add text in the wrong spot.

Can you post a screenshot of your pre-cursor movement and then another screenshot after the cursor move and explain what you did to move the cursor? I do not understand what it is you're seeing.
