"Allow multiple copies of Toad to run" option not working

Hi.

We're having an issue with the latest Toad version.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install a fresh copy of Toad 7.0.4.45 (64 bit) to a clean virtual machine.
  2. Open it and mark the "Allow multiple copies of Toad to run" option.
  3. Close Toad and open it again.
  4. Keeping the previous instance open, try to open another one (double clicking in the desktop shorcut, for instance).

Expected result: another instance opens.
Obtained result: no new instance opens.

This used to work in 6.8.

We recently fixed this issue and it will be included in the next release.
