5 minutes ago I had two instances of TOAD opened.
Then I closed it and tried to open two instances again - no luck.
I am using Toad for SQL Server 5.8.1

I think it’s disabled in free version.
I just checked Tools/Options/
“Allow multiple copies of TOAD to run”
is greyed out
