Maybe this is in the newer version?
It would be nice to be able to configure a filter and see the X next to the
synonym when it is invalid.
We have experience some issues with invalid synonyms.

There is no way to show a red X, but you can use the filter to edit the SB query
to just show invalid synonyms – and you can save the filter for quick
re-use whenever you want.
There is also an item for this in the DB Health Check.
