Got the following during install and same if I try to run the app:

I was running Toad SS 4.6 just fine on Friday but this morning it started crashing so I went ahead and updated to 5.
I’ve been trying to synch up two schema copies with 5,000+ tables; and
I get an “out of memory” error on the script build step of the wizard
(with 2395 missing tables to create).
So in my case, that functionality does not work at all.
Is there a way to force the script build to disk, rather than trying to
create it all in RAM?
