Using Toad for Data Analysts for the first time. I’ve successfully connected to an Oracle Dbase (connection icon is green). I expect the tables to automatically appear after a successful connection.
To see the tables in Toad for Oracle, I had to click on the Schema Browser and change the filter on the Schema Name from “current schema only’ to 'all schemas”. Is there a similar filter that I have to change in Toad for Data Analysts to see the tables?
Hi Irrangel,
what kind of layout in Object Explorer are you using?
In case of Oracle connection and Treelist layout you have tables under Users.
Of course you can switch to Tabbed or Dropdown etc… layout, set Schema and you can see all tables right away.
I hope i helped you.
With regards Jakub.
You can show all tables for all schemas by choosing the *.
Hi Jakub,
I've come a long way in my learning curb from where I started last Saturday. The problem was resolved when I filtered on all Schemas in the Object Explorer screen.
Hope you have a nice week.
