As it is, most of the suggested colors for Categories are not worth using, because the default black text is unreadable on top of them. The colors are too dark for black text. (I end up defining multiple custom pastel colors.) However, if the Categories included the font color, you could set it to white (or yellow, etc.) and have a significant increase in flexibility.
