Is it possible to change your email?

You can update your email address by logging in at quest.com (same account that you use here) and then going to https://www.quest.com/account/updateemail/

The next time you log out and back in here you should see your updated email address.

Howdy,

I did that change on quest.com last night, and I'm now able to login using my new email address. But email notifications are still attempting to go the old email address.

As I look at my account preferences in ToadWorld, my email address did not change, but only the "OAuth2" associated account below it.

Thoughts?

Hey Rich,

Looks like an update a while ago stopped those email addresses from being kept in sync (it became optional and defaulted to not happening). I've updated the setting so next time you login it should update your email address here to the one you logged in with.

fyi, the logout button also seems to have moved recently, I had to click my profile pic up the top right then click my username to find it (perhaps because i have a heap of notifications it really wants me to read).

You may need to actually click the logout button and then log back in for it to update.

Let me know if that doesn't fix it!

The provided link (https://www.quest.com/account/updateemail/) does not work anymore. I get "Page Not Found".

Otherwise on Quest.com in Account Settings, the email field is greyed out when I click "Edit Account Information".

Need another solution...
