I’ve just installed SQL Navigator 7.2, and it’s picking up 2 of my 3 Oracle homes. I like to keep a separate tnsnames.ora file in a different location than any of the homes. But I can’t edit the location in the connect menu. Where can I change and specify the tnsnames.ora file I want to use to make connections?
You can add a Windows system variable TNS_ADMIN pointing to the location where you store tnsnames.ora file. Please restart SQL Nav to apply the change.
