Check relationships between tables

Hello, I have a task that is to check how the tables are related, for this I went to the schema browser and searched for one of the tables, and after clicking on the tables I went to the used by section.

Can anyone tell me if this is a good practice?

Yes, that's a good place to look for other objects that reference the table. The "Referential" tab will show you tables related by foreign keys, so that's another good place to look.
