I am working in a professional college as technical support.
We have Toad 9 installed with ORACLE 10g client and work great for long time. But recently when we run TOAD it says, have no oracle clients installed. We did many test to fix this issue. And finally we find if we install IBM functional tester on the machine, it will come. Even we tried install IBM functional tester first, then install TOAD and ORACLE client from a baby system, it is still cannot work.
Any help will be appreciated.
