Can we have the option for generating;
CREATE OR REPLACE … for procedures, etc

Currently we just get CREATE …

Hello,

It is available only for Oracle db. See the DDL Script Generation dialog | General tab | Procedures item and change the command in the Extended Value column.
Create or Replace option should be available.
